Black Goji Latte

INGREDIENTS

1 shot espresso
1 cup milk (either diary or our favorite is almond!)
15 black gojis
Squeeze of honey or agave (optional sweetener)

DIRECTIONS

Heat milk, black gojis and sweetener of choice to a simmer, stirring occasionally until it becomes purple.

Add a shot of espresso to a coffee mug. Froth milk, if desired, and pour over coffee.
